After more than eight years documenting weddings, I never write down my reflection about the past year, I’m just too busy, or too lazy. But to start this year of 2016, I make it a little change.
I must say that 2015 was amazing years for me, a lot of good things happened, even things that I never imagined.
Our team getting bigger and we open our first branch in Bali, I won some awards and also selected as judges on top notch wedding communities, speak for Nikon Indonesia and Sigma, running our own STAYCROWNED workshop, the first and the most comprehensive wedding photography workshop in Indonesia and we did it twice!
I was travel to documenting a wedding and prewedding at some of beautiful places on earth such as Phuket, Bangkok, Singapore, Istanbul, Cappadocia, Nairobi, Austin, Los Angeles and also New york City!
I have met some amazing couples and I’m thankful for everyone who I’m lucky enough to call a friend, thank you so much for making me part of your wedding and for allowing me to photograph one of the most important days of your life! Every wedding was an adventure, each one is unique and it’s a pleasure to be the part of it!
In my personal life, in mid of December, my wonderful wife gave birth to my third son, both mommy and little one is healthy and our little family is a little bigger, we are five now and five is more than enough, period.
The following images are my personal wedding photography highlight of 2015. I don’t want to call this collection as ‘best of’, it’s just a selection of 50 images that I enjoy looking at, images that makes me happy and also makes me proud of what I do. The images that I have enjoyed not just capturing, but first and foremost, being there enjoying the day, not just on my own but with my new friends. 2016, here we go again!
