Yesterday, was a public holiday and the uppermost did a prewedding session with Wahyu and lily. They wanted to be photographed at old town and ancol, jakarta, the favorite place for every photographer. Their wedding will be hold on 10 August 2008, so we’re only have 7 days to edit their photo. On July 20th, 2008, THEUPPERMOST had an opportunity to capture Shanty and Frans’ son (one of our lovable client and friends), Arvin, on his 1st Birthday at Bakmi GM Jl. Sunda, Thamrin, Jakarta.

The theme of the party was Barney and friends. It was a fun and full of laugh birthday party. Arvin got Barney birthday cake with a lot of Barney decorations on it. Shanty and Frans also brought along Barney and BJ clowns to made the party even merrier. Barney is a very lovable friend, and we finally decided that we also love Barney!

It was the fastest prewed session that we ever shoot. After 30 minutes photo session has to be stopped due to heavy rain. We still have to wait 3 hours for aboat to pick us up from bidadari island back to marina ancol. On early July 2008 we were covered David and Sisca Engagement. We had to covered more than 6 precious events of David and Sisca until their wedding day next year.

This engagement was one of them. The ceremony was in simple chinese tradition engagement. Started with David came to Sisca’s House and David’s mom gave Sisca necklace as a symbol that they are agree with David to asked Sisca as his wife. Its only less than 1 hour for the engagement ceremony, and we’re all went to Angke Restaurant at Kelapa Gading for lunch. There, their family are blended to getting know each other. David and Sisca have a several cute nephews, you can see their cutey little face in our picture below..

Last month we were in Lampung city for 4 days and 3 nights to shoot interior photo of Sheraton Hotel Lampung. For 20 frames, 3 days its not enough actually, coz we could spend more then 3 hours for each setups. But we should be able to managed the session and we are finish as scheduled. PUSH ( Pray Until Something Happen ) choosen as a theme of JAM ( Jangkau Anak Muda ) first concert at The Hall Senayan City on May 31 2008. JAM is a youth gospel ministry. We are glad to had the opportunity to involved for their premier concert starting from providing the CD content until covering their concert. Its only 2 hours concert but they perfomance was really impressing. Congratulation guys.. Go JAM Go !!!!

Actually this post was late Dec 2007 wedding ceremony. But after we browsed our computer, we realized that we were forgot to submit Mommy and Novi’s wedding in to our blog. So here they are… Mommy and Novi was a unique client of ours. Started from the prewedding session a view months before the wedding day, we knew that they both already in 8 years relationship ready to get married but still doesn’t look alike their ready . The Holy Matrimony was held in Capel Gonzaga and the reception at Park Lane. Anyway they both are great couple, funny, cool and friendly. We’re loved capturing their wedding, congratulation for Mommy and Novi. Wish you both all the best. Cheers !

On last May 2008 we were in Tonduhan (about 4 hours from Medan) for covered Ronald and Desy’s wedding. The wedding was held in batak simalungun’s tradition. It started from 03.00am Desy already wait for her turn to get her hair do and makeup in Siantar (about 2 hours from Tonduhan, it is located between Medan and Tonduhan). Then we go back to Tonduhan to start the ceremony. At 07.00am the groom picked up the bride and then together they headed to HKBP Martoba Church at Siantar for holy matrimony. After 2 hours beautiful ceremony at Church, both extended family share the newly wed happiness in Gedung Serbaguna Wisma Musyawarah near the Church. There the batak simalungun’s ceremony was started, and it finished at 07.00pm then we go back to Tonduhan. We were there for 3 days, and we’re enjoy the whole day although it was an exhausted journey . Attached was a view of the moment that we captured there, enjoy !
